Abbotsford Biscuits is a burgeoning social enterprise that had its genesis back in 2005. It exists to employ people who have been excluded from mainstream training and employment.
In a warm and supportive environment, under the tutelage of professional pastry chefs, our Bakery Assistants make superb gourmet products while completing a Certificate II in Hospitality and our General Bakery Hands gain valuable experience and receive a certificate in Food Handling.
Using the artisan craft of blending core ingredients of butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate, Abbotsford Biscuits has developed a delightful range of hand-crafted biscuits and cakes using the most rigorous food safety processes.
Each mouthful represents the satisfied glory of a delicious biscuit, and the joy of helping people move into a fulfilling life role with education, training and employment opportunities.
